What to expect in Redeemer Kids
Children’s Church
Families begin the Worship Service together but children ages 5 through 2nd grade are dismissed to children’s church prior to the sermon. If a family desires, their children are quite welcome to remain in the Worship Center through the entire Service. In Children’s Church, the lesson, music, and activities are presented in a way that helps the children to learn at their pace. Parents are also able to focus more closely on the sermon.
Nursery
We provide a safe and caring place for children birth to 4 years old during the Worship Service. We engage the children in age-appropriate play and seek to introduce them to the person of Jesus, while giving the parents the freedom to attend the Worship Service.
Sensory Room
We have created a dedicated space for children with special needs or who feel overwhelmed by sights, sounds and other social interactions in the worship center. Our sensory room is a controlled, calming space that aims to provide multi-sensory resources. We have a volunteer scheduled during the second service each Sunday. Come to our Kids Check-In or Nursery Check-In desk - located in the Welcome Center. One of our volunteers there will help you register any children for Redeemer Kids while answering any questions. Let us know you’re coming and we can have somebody waiting to meet you (we’ll also save you some time and pre-register your kids by clicking the link below).
